SHIPPING POLICY (INDIA)

Shipping Within India

We ship our premium fruit powder products across India.

Processing Time:

  • Orders processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Saturday, excluding public holidays and Sundays)
  • Orders placed after 3 PM IST will be processed the next business day

Delivery Time:

  • Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmedabad): 3-5 business days
  • Tier 1 Cities: 4-6 business days
  • Tier 2/3 Cities: 5-8 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7-10 business days

Shipping Charges:

  • Free Shipping: On orders above ₹999
  • Standard Shipping: ₹50-₹100 (based on location and weight)
  • Express Shipping: ₹150-₹200 (available in select cities)

Courier Partners: We use trusted courier services including:

  • Delhivery
  • Blue Dart
  • DTDC
  • India Post
  • Ecom Express

Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via SMS and email once your order is shipped.

Delivery Attempts:

  • Courier will attempt delivery 2-3 times
  • If delivery fails, the package will be held at the local courier office for 7 days
  • You will be notified via SMS/call to arrange pickup or re-delivery

Undelivered Packages: If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Refusal to accept delivery
  • Non-availability after multiple attempts

Return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

Packaging: All products are sealed in food-grade packaging to ensure freshness and comply with FSSAI standards.
